1- To ensure Calibration and maintenance of Lab. Instruments / equipment being up to date;

2- To ensure that updated specifications, test methods & SOPs (as per BP / USP) of all Raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate / Bulk & finished products are in place and in use.

Instrumentation Laboratory comprising of following roles and responsibilities:

1- Analyzing Intermediate Manufacturing Products

2- In-house Checking and Calibration of Instruments and equipment i.e. Analytical balances, KF-Titrator,pH meter, Vacuum oven, conductivity meter, HPLC, etc.

3- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Test Methods (TM’s), Internal Factory Specification (IFS’s).

4- Solvents Analysis by KF-Titrator and Distillation Apparatus;

5- Raw and Starting materials analysis by classical and modern techniques, i.e. by titration and by Instruments;

6- Water Analysis i.e. Feed water, Boiler water;Vitamin Water(Conductivity, pH, TDS, Hardness)

7- Handling of Instruments; KF-Titrator ,pH meter, conductivity meter,  Vacuum oven, Distillation Apparatus, Furnace, Melting Point Apparatus , Moisture Analyzer, sieve shaker, FT-IR,  etc.
