He is holding professional experience of working in advance excel, Power BI, and knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent drafting skills.
Program/ project work plan development, budgeting, fleet management, documentation and reporting are his strong sites he has worked. Flexible to work with diverse project partners at national and international level.
Develop, implement, and assess monitoring frameworks for program and all projects
Develop the overall framework for project MEAL systems in collaboration with donor and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, midterm reviews and evaluation surveys; develop and monitor project management plan to systematically document performance
Facilitate design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during annual work-planning process
Ensure the alignment of M&E activities with program goals
Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions
Analyze data for accuracy, flag validation or quality issues, and contribute to system fixes
Ensure quality and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual donor reports; manage preparation of additional reports as guided by MEAL manager
Generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed
Monitor program progress against annual and semi-annual plans while performing cost-efficiency measurements.
Facilitate the implementation of base-line and follow up sub-sector studies as outlined in the program document
Support local non-governmental organizations and program staff in data analysis regarding the annual poverty assessment, the semi-annual opinion poll, the financial capability survey, the public servant survey, the power distribution survey and the local community survey.
Conduct client-based satisfaction surveys to measure cost-benefits.
Document specific sub-activity profiles.
Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
Report updates verbally and in written form to management
Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
Developing detailed annual work and budget plans based on approved overall work plan. Support development and timely submission of work plans and budgets from implementing partners
Making schedules for project activities listed in the annual work plans to ensure all activities completed on time; ensure timely and duly management of the project and implementation of all activities in accordance with the rules and regulation of donor
Recruiting consultants/partners and managing the work implementation of consultants/partners: Developing TORs and recruiting consultants/partners to conduct work on specific activities and objectives set forth in the work plan
Managing, monitoring and guiding contracted consultants/partners to work on the activities and objectives listed in the work plan and ensuring that their work is conducted in a timely manner and with high quality; Reviewing all deliverables and reports of contracted consultants/partners before submitted to the donor to ensure the quality of these products are according to relevant guidelines, TORs and hold the expected standard of quality
Collect and document monthly progress and coordination reports from the team
Prepare a reporting schedule for follow up and timely submission
Review reports and highlight any flaws or mistakes to the team to be corrected
Compare reporting with plans and point out any deviations
Keep track of the projects in the department and update the tracking sheet
Filing and documentation of main projects documents
Develop a database for the unit and record inputs regularly
