×        Managing key outputs of the flagship youth program.
×        Develop reports and program documentation for donor reporting and liaison.
×        Develop and manage project work plans.
×        Establish and strengthen liaison with universities, administrations and students.
×        Manage the overall marketing of the program on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
×        Monitoring and evaluation of the program according to project log frame.
×        Impart trainings and workshops on capacity development of youth.
×        Logistical support during consultation phase, liaising with guest speakers/experts and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders involved. 

Supervise research projects and surveys from the early planning stages to completion
Ensure information from research projects and surveys is properly analyzed and written up for reporting and learning, by undertaking and supporting activities
Preparing survey manuals including question by question guide, field staff manual, and facilitator manual
Conduct training of data collectors
Conduct primary and secondary research
Develop survey reports
Develop and make presentations to clients and coordination with clients and consultants

Lead the program team: build it, manage it, and motivate it as required. Coach and mentor the team, building their maturity and authority.
Ensure the quality and relevance of the project’s monitoring and evaluation design.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of a social service program or community outreach organization. Monitor and report progress.
Identify issues and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Oversee the program or organization\'s budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
Ensure that the plan realizes benefits in the best way for the organization.
Approve the project plans of the project teams, negotiating work packages as required. Ensure the delivery of these work packages within the set time, quality, and budget constraints.

Business development, identify potential business opportunities by defining and implementing long term strategic goals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends and conditions.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
