Conduction of Site assessment visits for new projects and selection of sites as per prescribed criteria
Collection of soil samples and conduction of soil tests for proper design Development of rough cost estimates for initial idea and budget allocation

Basic Responsibilities Cost evaluation of all bidders to minimize the arithmetical errors and cross check all calculation of BOQ
Conduction of combine visits with contractor after issuance of work order and giving layout as per working drawings and designs
Detailed supervision of Construction works and coordination with PTSMC construction committee. Supervise of Construction Inspection Staff on daily basis
Daily coordination with Contractors regarding daily activities of construction works
Review meetings on construction progress on weekly basis with relevant stake holders
Inspection of construction materials in market before purchasing
Provide technical advice to field staff to ensure that construction procedures are being carried out correctly
Ensure compliance to project specifications. Provide recommendations for repair work and make sure that deadlines have complied
Identify construction constraints and plan and carry out measures to counter them .
Test sites to ensure appropriateness for the construction project. Prepare period reports and assessments for each project phase.

I worked as a social mobilizer in Innovative Care for Community Empowerment ( ICCE).It intensed out ability to indulge with the community affairs ,their dealings and the most importantly to communicate with them through our inperson activity, our help raised their hope to cooperate with us , and I learned a lot from it .
