• Posting of intercompany invoices and reconciliation on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparing Bank Payment Vouchers of different Vendors on Oracle based software.
• Preparing Bank Payment & Cash Payment Vouchers against official expenses.
• Preparing Bank & Cash salaries of Head office staff. Review of monthly salaries of Employees both at Office and sites.
• Posting of Journal Vouchers (JV) to record accruals and adjustments.
• Calculate and record tax deductions from payment being made.
• Responsible for Case File Auditing in compliance with the procedure and provide report to Manager on weekly basis.
• Gathering information and communicating with Vendors.
• Reviewing and Maintaining Tax Exemption Certificates of different Vendors.
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information for internal audit purpose.
• Posting of purchase vouchers of civil parties and record keeping of the record being posted on excel.
• Reconciling postings of bills and balances of the parties with ledger.
• Stock Updating & Reconciling the Stock on daily basis on excel sheets.
• Physical check of inventory on annual basis in liaison with Internal Audit.
• Progress Reports and Presentation slides on need basis.
