Maira is young & energetic social activist. She completed her graduation degree in Sociology. Her journey in the development sector began when she volunteered in the welfare efforts through a community-based organization. The eye opening experience of helping rural communities flourish has inspired her career. She contributed in several research surveys as data enumerator. In 2021, she formally started his professional career with Zindagi Development Organization as Social Mobilizer.
-Collect data and routinely monitor project implementation.
-Pilot and support in the contextualization of data collection tools.
-Undertake regular field visits to assist field staff with data reporting issues.
-Support the CP Manager in the identification of child protection issues & trends & communicate timely manner.
-Ensure that timely & appropriate action is taken to mitigate child protection risks.
-Promote awareness of CP issues within the community & disseminate means to raise concerns & feedback.
-Ensure participation of children & youth, parents & the community in order to promote understanding & acceptance of CP activities.
-Assist the MEAL Officer to ensure the databases are accurate representations of program performance across program activities.
-Assist in training staff on monitoring checklists and guidelines to measure the performance and track progresses.
Conducting interviews: Enumerators may be responsible for conducting interviews or surveys in person, by phone, or online, depending on the project requirements.
Ensuring data quality: Enumerators must ensure that the data they collect is accurate and complete and may be responsible for verifying or checking.
Entering data into a computer: Enumerators may be responsible for entering data into a computer or other electronic device using software or other tools provided by the employer.
Maintaining confidentiality: Enumerators must maintain the confidentiality of the people they interview or survey and may be required to follow specific protocols.
-Responsible for the activities like joint monitoring & exposure visits.
-He/She will ensure the participation in review meetings, he/she will ensure the monitoring of ER-2 & provide technical support to field workers for given assigned area.
-His/Her role will be facilitate penetration of community health workers in the field through trouble shooting & providing on the spot support through field visits.
-He/She will facilitate community engagement in the most representative manner.
-He/She will be responsible for meeting community leaders & seeking support for community health supervisors & workers.
-The monitoring assistant will be responsible for community participation at all the stages of program.
-He/She will also ensure that feedback & complaint mechanism is properly in place perform any other official task assighned by supervisor or management.
