To implement all field-level activities including data collection, organize training, and meetings with stakeholders in the communities.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the District Coordinator in day to day operations of the project such as:
Data collection and finalizing of the field areas based on number in the communities
Organizing and holding community meetings
Meetings with community groups
Community Mobilization sessions
Organizing community based events
Organizing the trainings
Preparing field activity reports and monthly reports
Establish and strengthen integrated case referral system between GBV and Mental Health programs
To maintain hard and soft data base of each consultation, meeting, and awareness session in community
Data-protection protocols to safeguard confidentiality and protect those registered from potential protection risks, including violence, discrimination, or stigma
Ensure safety and security of documents/ assets handover to him/her for assigned task, in case of any loss or damage to asset he/she should immediately inform supervisor.
Follow organization policies and guidelines provided to him/her during orientation, in case of any violation of organization policy his/her contract will be terminated with immediate effect and strict action will be taken by organization.
Assist senior staff in work planning and door to door surveys at all levels.
Create awareness of project aim and objectives in the communities
Motivate community people through orientation sessions and project briefs.
Responsible for reporting and maintaining the record updated on daily basis.
Good in communication and flexible, able to present organization on different platforms.
As team member, skills to motivate the community people and team members to develop project activities, planning and reporting.
Identification and involvement of the vulnerable groups and families in the project planning and implementation.
Facilitate the IEC material distribution among the communities
Any other activity assigned by senior staff.
Setting performance objectives for students and teachers
Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols
Overviewing administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records)
