Conduction sessions on Clean drinking water, its importance and impacts on our daily life.
Awareness about the water born diseases and its causes
Documentation , reporting and compiling all record of field activities to Regional Manager Community Mobilization.
Compile all records, filing and data entry etc
Monitoring Officer
Ensure that all Children (5yrs) and Pregnant and Lactating women coming to the Health center have been screened for nourishment and registered in the appropriate component of CMAM.
Ensure Accurate maintenance of Moderately & Severely acute malnourished children (5yrs) Lactating at OTP sites. (Including : Patient Anthropometry MUAC, Weight & Height, patient Admission documentation, Admission Forms , Exit Forms, Transfer slips etc.)
Ensure the CMAM/OTP management protocols for the treatment of Moderately and severely acute malnourished children.
Ensure that the OTP components are operating within the quality indicators (i.e Cure rate, Default rate ect).
Ensure proper care and provision of Nutritional Supplies to the registered Malnourished Children.
Ensure that the complicated cases of Malnourished children are transferred to Peads.unit (DHQ) before admission to the Stabilization Center (SC).
Counselling the Patients, carers on nutritional care , hygiene and follow ups and referral to concerned components of CMAM. Counselling on Breast feeding promotion, complementary feeding and appropriate use of supplies with mothers/carers of the admitted patients.
