My responsibilities:-
IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc).
Maintaining an inventory control.
Maintaining records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place order.
Additional work as a Basic:- SALE REPRESENTIVE
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Making a Quotations and Invoices.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Maintaining client records & Payment terms.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
ACCOUNTANT
Managing Daily Daybook.
Maintaining files and office record
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
Maintaining Sales & Purchased Ledger.
Manage all banking transactions.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
