Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux), Servers (MS Server 2003, 2008, 20012, Red Hat Linux) and application (MS-outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird MS-office2003 / 2007/ 2010, VMware)
• RDP Applications support for warehouses and branch offices.
• Troubleshooting of office equipment like UPS, Printer, copier, scanner, video conference equipment, projectors and LCD TVs
• CCTV installation and monitoring.
• Ensure the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) Wi-Fi Routers and network equipments are fully operational.
• Providing support to branches located in major trade cities of Punjab through telephone and remote desktop sharing.
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
• Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
