Major Responsibilities
•         Welcome on front foot and briefing library services to any visiting team or community
•         Construct library services report and introducing to  UHS, PHEC & PMDC Visits to hospital library
•         Composing library reports weekly as well as monthly and send to Deputy Medical Director
•         Ready reports of extra curriculum and forwards to COO
•         Supervision of checking plagiarism on Turnitin software & making reports of research thesis for post graduate students and teachers
•         Oversights to maintain institutional repository on Dspace
•         Responsible for managing the automation of all library activities on Koha software
•         Budget allocation of all campuses libraries
•         Supervision of  procurement /subscription of Databases, Journals, Magazines and  books in printed and electronic formats
•         Applications of citation management tools on Endnote & Zotero
•         Hosting services of Mobile Web Interface (MWI) and Virtual Private Network (VPN)
•         Execution of debugging process
•         Operating procedures of Inter library loan and resource sharing
•         To ensure services of information retrieval and information literacy
•         Organizing of library orientation sessions for students and staff and given presentations
•         Supervision of library staff
•         To make and implementation of library policy and procedures
•         To attend meetings of higher managements of the Hospital
•         Solving & replying  of library related queries to users by telephonically and on emails
•         Designing  web site of library and updating regularly 
•         Responsible to report Deputy Medical Director Hospital
•         Remains in touch & interlinked with other market based competitors & all kinds of latest libraries
