Field Service Regional Manager and Quality Assurance
§ Worked as Performance and Quality Manager on MS 2G/3G Mobilink Project to monitor and report Contractual KPIs, Performance reports and Dashboards internally/externally and coordinate with Customer for different Network Performance Reports.
§ Worked as Field Service Regional Manager on MS 2G/3G Mobilink Project and responsible for first level operation and maintenance of 2G and 3G Radio Access Network in Central 2 Region (1300+ Sites).
§ Scope of work include Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Other operational activities, Commercial power issues, Fueling and Security of Ericsson 2G/3G RAN (RBS Sites and BSCs) having RBS6102/RBS6201/RBS6301 Sites and Mini-link MW and Optical Transmission network having CN210, TN 20p/6p/2p and SPO nodes in the Region.
Responsible to manage a team of 45+ Ericsson staff and coordinate with FLM Subcontractor Regional Team (100+ staff) for day to day operational activities to achieve the SLA/KPIs.
