The following are tasks that I perform as a community development worker:

Community Engagement:  To engage with the community, build trust, and establish relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and other stakeholders.
Conducting Assessments: Conducting Surveys, assessments, and research to identify the needs and priorities of the community he/she is working with.
Project planning and Implementation: once the needs of the community  are identified, help to plan and implement project or initiatives to address those needs.
Resource mobilization: To mobilize resource, including funding, materials, and volunteers, to support the project they are implementing.
 Advocacy and awareness-raising: To raise awareness about issues affecting the community and advocate for policy changes or reforms that can improve their situation.
Monitoring and evaluation: Monitoring the progress of the project they implement and evaluating their impact on the community.
Reporting and documentation: to maintain accurate records of the activities, including progress reports, budgets, and other documentation, to demonstrate 

Various methods were used to collect data and information, including community surveys and door-to-door visits.

The flood-affected population in district Mirpurkhas was assessed to identify the most needy beneficiaries who required immediate assistance, such as pit latrines, shelters, hygiene kits, jerry cans, solar lights, assistive devices, and multipurpose cash assistance grants (MPCG), among others. Additionally, support was provided to the technical team during the project.
This included conducting hygiene sessions, managing distribution points, distributing tokens to selected beneficiaries, organizing theater program events, providing support to the data operator for data entry work.

My responsibilities included assessing patients, identifying their signs and symptoms, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting health and wellness, and ensuring patient safety. Here are some of the tasks that nurses perform in healthcare settings:

Patient Assessment: Assessed patients and identify their signs and symptoms to determine the appropriate care plan.
Medication Management: Administered prescribed medications as per the doctor\'s orders to ensure proper treatment.
Monitoring and Observation: Monitored patients\' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and made adjustments as required.
Treatment Implementation: Provided hands-on patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medical treatments as required.
Patient and Family Education: Educated patients and their families about medical conditions, medications, post-discharge care instructions, and health maintenance.
Pain Management: Administered pain relief medications and implement non-pharmacological pain relief strategies to manage and alleviate pain.
