Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high
coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys

   Monitoring and controlling daily dispatches to distributors
   Review on daily basis the number of orders received
   Ensure the orders are dispatched on target within 72 hours.   
   Monitor that dispatched orders reach distributors within the agreed timeline       with  the transporter.
   Ensure to monitor the cold chain products is followed.
   Ensure that month end audit of finished goods conducted.
    Resolve distributors  complaints in short receipt / damages on timely basis.

Prepare training plans and conduct training of SOPs as per plans. Timely sent Invoice copy to all Distributors. To ensure that all Controlled products in lock and key.
To ensure that Good Housekeeping is maintained at all times. To check dispatch order for dispatches Logistics & Supply Chain Management

 Received and processed stock into inventory management system.
 Resolved problems, improved operations and provided exceptional service.
 Performed duties in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and   regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
 Completed paperwork, recognizing discrepancies and promptly addressing for   resolution.

Vast experience with retail sales and the financial industry
