Working in CHENAB ENGINEERING WORKS FOUNDRIES PVT LTD as a QA/QC Engineer.
Here i am working on AL-KHAILD chain project (a project of HEAVY INDUSTRIES TAXILA ).
1-Planning organizing and checking of work progress schedules to meet the deadlines/targetdates implementing QA/QC plans.
2-To assist the project head coordinate the supervisor\'s activity, carry out implement the QA/QC program, arrange conduct meeting under the project head.
3-To visit the manufacturing site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC program, Project parts drawing specification. When defective materials, equipment, or workmanship are found, immediate action to be taken to correct them, to report the corrective action to the Site Supervisors.
4-Conducting stage-wise inspection as per procedures
5-Estimating of material requirements after study of vendor drawings specifications.
6-Designing of all the given assemblies and assembly parts.
7-Process improvement, processplanning process analysis.
8-Productionmanagement,execution and control.
9-Layout of machining line, arrangement setting of machines according to layout.
