I have worked with SALAR Foundation as Liaison Officer, EU-DLG Project for 04 years, during this tenure worked closely with local government bodies, elected representatives, and political parties, civil society organizations to strengthen the governance system by ensuring accountability and transparency. During this project, I have worked for RTI Act and practices in Balochsitan, ensure citizen budget is being published each year, participation on citizens in budget making process. The project was funded by EU and FNF.
I am representing FAFEN as member of the network in Balochistan since 2021, I am member of Child Right Movement-CRM Balochistan Chapter, member of HRCP Balochistan.
Furthermore, I have conducted multiple survey, research studies, including comparative study of FOI Balochistan and RTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under NED project. I have worked in CPDI project of NED for Citizens Network for Budget accountability (CNBA) with SALAR Foundation.
I have worked with Chip Training and Consulting Pvt.Ltd (CTC) as Field Project Manager COMNet, performed my duties as lead for staff recruitment and other HR duties for Polio program in Quetta, Pishin and Killa Abdullah. Previously I have worked with APEX consulting as Zonal Field Manger (ZFM) trainer in polio monitoring program in Balochistan.
With Muslim Aid Pakistan I performed my duties as District Coordinator Killa Abdullah in a WASH project that included health and hygiene as well. I have worked with SEHER-NGO as Project Manager Education, Health and Nutrition (EHN) in a project of PPAF funded by World Bank for the period of three years.
As individual consultant I have carried out Mid-Term evaluation of UNFPA project with PPHI, and Mid-Term strategy review of UNFPA project.
As Assistant Director M&E- BPS-17, I have worked with Balochistan Education Foundation (BEF) for 04 year in World Bank funded project. I have worked on different projects in my professional career with focus on project implementation, ensure budget utilization, planning, monitoring and evaluation to ensure timely and quality results.
As Team Lead with GLOW Consultants (Pvt) Limited, completed several assignments. These assignments were related to research, monitoring, evaluation, business development, capacity building and strategy formulation.
In terms of thematic focus, while having a localization lens, our engagement both covers development and humanitarian work. This includes education, health, livelihoods, GBV, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Our engagement covers full prorgramme / project cycle including assessments, baselines, feasibilities, midterm and end term evaluations covering monitoring as well as process and impact evaluations.
From a population group perspective, our engagement covers both Pakistani and Afghan populations (camp/refugee villages and off-camp/urban refugees) including women, girls, youth, transgender, persons with disabilities (PwDs), religious and ethnic minorities as well as rural poor.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the various MEAL components of the program and ensure the completion of all M&E activities. Oversee District M&E Officers activities, plan implementation and compliance mechanism. Develop and implement an MEL strategy (i.e. MEL Manual) outlining M&E systems for data collection, targeting and tracking program indicators, knowledge management, impact assessments, learning activities and reporting in compliance with the requirements provided in the Activity contract, donor provided standards. Work closely with the other technical units to establish and manage a GIS referencing, cloud-based MEL System and ensure data requirements are integrated into project management processes. Plan and conduct routine assessments that track, analyze, and synthesize project data useful for program learning and adaptive management. Through regular review of monitoring data, organize and lead periodic learning days and annual learning summits to enable managers to identify successes and make decisions about adapting activities and approaches to achieve results. Collaborate closely with other technical units to analyze M&E findings, determine any needed adjustments, and identify and disseminate key learning messages/finding to internal and external audiences, including wider development community.

I was responsible to design training module for multiple entrepreneurship trainings. Design and finalize ToRs for consulting firm to impart designed trainings. Prepare a draft of agreement to outsource firm for implementation of training plan in 03 districts. Design reporting format and acquire the firm to submit reports of completed tasks as per plan. Establish and monitor data entry on dashboard of the organization. A Design financial agreement for consulting firms. Report to Project Manager and submit invoices of the consulting firm to admin and finance section for approval.
