Dear Sir,

Currently, i am serving Grants / Financial Aid Office as 'Assistant Manager - Students Financial Assistance'. Following is the brief summary how i reached to this position.

In April 2009, I started my career as a Projects Assistance in Grants Office, IMSciences. Being Project Assistant, I worked in different financial aid projects including USAID Needs Merit Based Scholarship Program (Undergraduate and Graduate levels), Flood Effected Students, Malakand IDPs, Earthquake Students and other related tasks of Grants Office. In 2012, I have been selected as Projects Incharge for USAID Needs Merit Based Scholarship Program, HEC Needs Based Scholarship Program, French Needs Based Scholarship Program, IMSciences FATA Secretariat Scholarship Program, Prime Minster Tuition Fee Re-imbursement Scheme for Less Developed Areas, and Dr. Hidayatullah Needs Based Scholarship Program (HNBSP). Alongside, I successfully managed the Physical Verification Project of scholarship holders under USAID Needs Merit Based Scholarship Program Session 2011 (Graduate and Undergraduate levels) and completed all financial reports of physical verification required by HEC Islamabad. In 2013, I have been granted an opportunity to serve Grants Office, IMSciences as an Assistant for Grants Management. Currently, under this title, I am managing different Needs Merit Based Scholarship Programs (All above mentioned) including interaction and information sharing with Federal Government, HEC Islamabad and all other concerned stakeholders.

In Grants Office IMSciences, I performed many tasks, apart from the main tasks mentioned above. These tasks include preparing Fund Utilization Reports (FURs) of all Fully Funded Scholarships Programs according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required by HEC Islamabad, preparing students funds invoices and progress reports required by HEC Islamabad, preparing invoices, progress reports and distribution scholarship cheques under other external donor funded scholarships like Workers Welfare Board (WWB) Scholarship Program, President Directive (for FATA Baluchistan students), Political Scholarships, MORA Scholarships and some other miscellaneous scholarships programs.

Additionally, I am awarded 'Global - UGRAD Pakistan' scholarship from State Department of U.S. in Fall 2011 which give me an international exposure towards best practices of work environment and grants management. Under this scholarship, I have been to U.S. as a cultural ambassador of Pakistan and study one semester in prestigious university of U.S. During my stay in U.S., I represented IMSciences Peshawar and Pakistan at different universities and other public places of U.S. I have learned how to work in diverse environment of mix - cultures from different countries of the world. I have polished my Leadership, Communication and English skills with this international exposure. My essay regarding my experiences and learning in U.S. has been published in annual newsletter of IREX (International Research Exchange Board) which is an honor for me.

I have always enjoyed working in Grants Office, IMSciences. My previous history of working with this Office will allow me to work as part of the team and to be an effective representative of this Office and Organization.
