In February 2022, I joined Interloop Apparel as Team Lead in QAD Department for Knitted Fabrication.Strong technical knowledge of Yarn to Fabric Manufacturing/ Knitting/ Risk Assessment Product/ Process and fabric quality assurance is required.Attend per-production meetings/weekly Quality meetings to deliver to deliver the complete information to Quality team to perform more vigilant role during inspection/audits.Daily monitoring of team regarding implementation of SOP\'s.Monitoring of team performance.Review of all fabric reports.Meeting with fabric team for corrective action plan.To ensure product consistency that meet both internal & external requirements as per quality standards.Identification of Non conformities against product and to solve with problem solving steps. Ensure 4-Point System of company is properly maintained.Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documents.

In March 2020, I was joined Midas Safety as Officer in R&D Department for (Technical Knitted Fabrics).Provide solutions through fabrication techniques in production and quality.Research and DevelopmentNPD Power UserTesting Of Technical Knitted FabricsEN407, EN388, ISO & ASTM StandardsTechnical Resistance Fabrics- Fire Resistance Fabrics- Cut Resistance Fabrics (A2 to A9 Level)- Abrasion Resistance Fabrics - Puncture Resistance Fabrics - Impact Resistance Fabrics etc.Good understanding and knowledge of Knitted fabric manufacturing processes.Development of new fabrics (Knitted) from in-house and outsource.Analysis of reference samples received from customer for counter development.Testing of new gloves inhouse & outsource.Update NPD Portal to get actual & real time data and reports.Coordination with sales & supply Chain team to meet the target prices and procurement of relevant materials with compliances.Cost reduction by process optimization & compositional analysis of BOMs.

In Sept 2019, Appointed Textile Engineer to work in the knitting production department.Additionally, worked in the production department to achieved daily, weekly & monthly targets as set from planning team. Technically, provide a good solution about machines related issues.
