Specific responsibilities-Develop DIP plan of district Dadu and Qambar Shahdatkot aligned with the Project DIP-Support project teams in development of distribution plans-Conduct Market Access and Functionality Assessment in districts-Assign day to day tasks to field teams-Support teams in identification of distribution points for Hygiene Kit and Dignity Kit-Develop Monthly and weekly progress report of the project-Share daily updates through online form-Support team in understanding the mechanism for Cash Transfer-Develop selection criteria for selection of beneficiaries in consultation with teams-Support database team in data management and validation-Coordinate with the local/district administration and authorities on regular basis to ensure the compliance of governmentSkills and knowledge-Sound knowledge on WASH in emergencies-Sound knowledge of Cash based transfer mechanism-Sound knowledge of Protection of vulnerable groups/people in emergencies-Good presentation skills-Knowledge of Market Access and Functionality Assessment

Overall coordination with UNFPA and other project implementing partners i.e. NRSP and SRSO, Legal Aid Society, Aga Khan University (AKU) and government authorities i.e. Population Welfare Department, Department of Health, Costed Implementation Plan (CIP), Women Protection, Child Protection Department, Youth Department and Labor Department concerning the project implementation ii) Planning of the project activities to ensure that all agreed activities and targets have been included in the plan and ensure that field teams of implementing partners have required resources to implement the project iii) Provide guidance to project teams of implementing partners based at Kamber Shadadkot and Matiari for implementation of the project as per approved document and work plan and ensure that all agreed targets have been achieved within the given time timeframe and agreed financial resources iv) Provide technical support to implementing partners for training of adolescent and youth champions and community notables for promotion of rights of adolescents and youthv) Undertake frequent field visits to target areas and provide on job coaching, guidance and support to the field teams for implementation of the project vi) Facilitate monitoring visits of RSPN and donor agency teams and ensure the timely implementation of recommendations and agreed actionsvii) Provide technical guidance to the project teams of partner RSPs for gender mainstreaming/integration in the project activities at all level viii) Ensure compliance to donor as well as RSPN programmatic and financial guidelines for overall management of the projectix) Ensure visibility and branding of project as per donors guidelines x) Liaison with other national and international organisations working on adolescent and youth issues, learn good practices and replicate in the project xi) Coordination with concerned government authorities and brief them about project progress and seek their advice

Delivery of the overall objectives and targets agreed by RSPN with UNICEF in approved project document;Plan and organize training of social mobilization teams on implementation process of project;Engage District Project Officers for weekly planning of activities and ensure that all planned activities are implemented as per plan;Overall management of District Teams to be hired by RSPN for implementation of project;Undertake field visits to target district, identify gaps in implementation and provide guidance to field visits to improve quality of implementation;Maintain close coordination with UNICEF and Provincial Department of Health and Department of educatio n throughout life of project and seek their support for implementation of the project;Ensure gender mainstreaming at all level during project implementation RSPN; Ensure compliance to policies and procedures of RSPN and UNICEF;Provide weekly update to RSPN’s Project Manager;Provide support to Project Manager for preparation of progress reports for onward submission to donor and other stakeholders;Any other assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.

Conduct trainings on dissemination and reinforce basic preventive messages on Covid19;
Provide support to RSPN M&E Specialist to develop the project implementation/performance plan;
Ensure that all agreed activities and targets are included in the project implementation plan;
Ensure that field teams have required resources for the implementation of the project;
Provide guidance to project team for effective implementation of the project activities and ensure that all agreed targets are achieved within given time period and with agreed financial resources;
Facilitate social mobilisation teams to develop their weekly work plans and ensure their implementation by the social mobilisation teams;
Frequently visit the project areas to provide the on spot support to social mobilization teams for implementation of project activities;
Ensure close coordination with Market Committees, District Auqaf Department, District Education Department and other key stakeholders to seek their support for implementation of the project;
Maintain close coordination with Deputy Commissioners and Department of Health and keep them updated about project progress and seek their support to address the issues being faced by social mobilization teams;
Ensure that available programmatic and financial resources are utilized only for the project and ensure compliance with the RSPN and donor’s requirements;
Provide support in arranging visits of government officials, UNICEF representatives and RSPN/RSPs senior management;
Maintain project record at district level for validation purpose; Share weekly statistical progress reports with Project Manager RSPN.

Proactively identified potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may hinder successful completion projects and achievement of organization goals;

Oversight, Management and Coordination
-Function as lead in the management and coordination of all SRP training activities at the school, local community, union council and district levels, working with other SRP personnel to align and harmonize SRP activities.
-Manage a team of Community Education Liaison personnel and build their capacity, including setting clear goals with staff members, and guiding staff to consistent achievement of those goals.
