Well occupied with following,

1. Working capital management
2. Financial management under conventional and Islamic modes (FAFB, FAPC, ERF PART-I & II, FDBP, LDBP, ISLAMIC ISTISNA, MUSHARKA, IJARAH, CURRENCY BAISALAM)
3. Long Term Financing under conventional and Islamic modes (TF/LTFF/ILTFF, DIMINISHING MUSHARKAH, CAR IJARAH)
4. Financial charges calculations, posting and reconciliation
5. Bank Guarantees execution
6. Annual Renewal of financial facilities
7. Charge securities/collaterals registration, amendment and vacation
8. TDR availments
9. Negotiate currency exchange rates with banks treasuries for export proceeds & import payments
10. Currency hedging/forward cover/book against export orders/import LCs
11. Update forex position and share with management and related departments
12. Performance reports preparation for management
13. Vouchers verification for loan drawdown and repayment (principal & markup)
14. Conduct time to time third party valuation of company assets (Building and Plant & Machinery)
15. Annual renewal insurance policies Fire, Engineering, Cash and Transit
16. Insurance claims reporting, third party survey visit, lodgment, assessment and reimbursement
17. Insurance premium amount counter verification, payments and PPRs sharing with related banks.
18. Attend time to time queries of banks/insurance companies and get their solution after consultation with related sections.
