• End orders manually if needed
• Contact restaurants for order issues
• Help rider to find restaurant location
• Help removing application issues
• Escalate issues to client end if required
• Help rider to understand system processes
• Cancel order on customer request
• Modify order if required by customer end
• Arrange redelivery if items missing in orde
