▪ Manage inventory management operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of organization\'s supply chain. ▪ Purchasing and maintaining inventory and ensuring it is effectively utilised ▪ Coordination with Service, Import & Finance Teams for smooth operation of business ▪ Manage all office equipment, setup and facilities ▪ Strong ability to priorities, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints ▪ Accounts payable and receivable processing ▪ Preparation of Contracts, and relevant paperwork for customer engagements ▪ Manage relationships with key operations vendors and Vendors for smooth execution of orders ▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ▪ Reporting of Projected Cash Collection, Orders in Hand, Advances, Receivable Reports etc ▪ Working knowledge of GST and WHT
- Establish and maintain relation with clients to cater their needs in a smooth manner.
- Control all types of activities of admin & finance.
- Responsible for the interpretation and implementations of policy as it relates to firm.
- Follow up of dues by sending reminder & notices.
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Generate payroll related reports.
- Monitoring of customers payments & invoices.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain procedures that enable the academics process to operate
in a smooth manner.
- Integrate and establish a good channel of communication between students and faculty
staff members.
- Responsible for the interpretation, and implementations of policy as it relates to curriculum,
instruction, and educational programs.
- Plan and confirm program schedule and perform full spectrum of administrative duties
for courses assigned.
- Support and represent individual students in academic procedures.
- Process refund applications of students.
- Any other assignment given by Executive Director Admissions.
