During my internship at MCB Bank Limited, I had the opportunity to actively assist
customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service. I gained hands on
experience in filling deposit slips, cheques, and account opening forms. I also took the
initiative to write applications for account opening of clients and made calls to
customers for dormant account activation. Additionally, I had the chance to contribute
to floor management and assist with compliance related tasks. This internship
provided me with valuable skills in customer service, administration, and compliance,
making it a valuable addition to my professional experience

During my internship at MCB Bank Limited, I had the opportunity to develop and enhance various skills that have been instrumental in my professional growth. I focused on improving my communication skills, Interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.One of my key responsibility was assisting customers with cheques and filling of deposit slips, and in ATM card activation. I guided them through the process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Additionally, I actively participated in floor management, provided support my colleagues and staff members in compliance related matters.I also took charge of data entry in registers and made calls to customers for dormant account activation, contributing to banks active portfolio.During my internship, I had the unique opportunity to experience the audit. This exposure gave me a comprehensive understanding of the role and responsibilities of auditors. Furthermore, I was entrusted with verifying disabled clients. Throughout my internship I actively collaborated with all team members and served as liaison between them and Branch Manager. I also learned about how money is deposited by an account holder, 3rd party and through cheque.Overall my internship at MCB Bank Limited provided me with a platform to develop and refine my communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork capabilities.I learned quite a lot in term of workplace environment, organizational culture, professionalism, retail banking, customer dealing, day to day challenges faced by bankers as well as customers, problem solving

In this two months of internship I have done multiple surveys on different aspects of Islamic Banking and Finance practices and attended multiple workshops to keep my knowledge align with the latest industry trends and Islamic Banking and Finance practices
