 Reporting direct to PMO Director and assisting CTO for routine PMO duties
 Work with the business units, customer representatives/product owners to prioritize projects
 Assisting Technology department in managing various projects using JIRA cloud project management tool
 Responsible for JIRA administration and sprint management activities, also daily monitoring the progress of work through JIRA
 Attend scrum meeting of TECH teams, work on resolving blockers facing by teams. Also attend sprint planning and priorities meetings
 At the end of each sprint, propose project priorities for the upcoming sprint
 Compose and publish sprint status reports and retrospectives
 Maintain documentation like job descriptions, TECH organizational chart, product glossaries etc.
 Compose and publish year/quarter in review reports, highlights achievements of various TECH teams
 Coordinating with different departments like Operations, Finance & Marketing Science for departmental level projects that Technology department is working on like departmental level plans Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
 Configure/run Salesforce reports/dashboards and perform various analysis
 Run training boot-camp for new employees
 Daily coordination with TECH as well as other departments

 Document Business Requirement Document, Technical Requirement Document, Business Presentations, mock-ups, System Flow Diagrams (Swim lane, Flow Charts), Use-case specification document (Use-cases and Use-case Modelling Diagrams)
 Project progress reporting and planning
 Coordinate with project manager on various management tasks
