Economist and professional Project Coordinator, currently implementing a project on Civil Society Organizations, good governance, and public service delivery, funded by Europiunion. As MEAL Officer I have Concluded projects including; Emergency response, WASH, food security, livelihood, education and temporary learning centers, and livestock.
While implementing projects, I established MEAL framework which helped to achieve project objectives/outcomes. Efficiently conducted several baseline, midline, and Endlien surveys and resulted in data analysis reports of both areas of data type; qualitative and quantitative data, using numerous tools; KOBO, SPSS, Typeform, and advanced Excel.
Currently i\'m serving as Project Coordinator, we are immplemting the project of WHH, namely; CSO BRIDGE.
My Duties are:
Develop strong coordination with district administration including, DEO, WASA, and NDMA.Liaison development between project stakeholders, including district administration, District Education Officer, and Talukas Education Officers, to ensure alignment of project objectives with governmental priorities. Coordination with local authorities to identify community needs and leverage resources for educational programs and initiatives.
After my second promotion from MIS Officer to MEAL Officer I performed my all responsibilities accordingly.
Deliverables right now:
Monitoring of project activities and reporting.
Designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports.
Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress toward achieving the project output.
Conducted post-distribution monitoring for feedback and results showcasing.
Recommend further improvement of the logical framework.
Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project’s success.
Right after one month of working as a social mobilizer in TRDP, I was promoted from social mobilizer to MIS Officer. As MIS Officer I played a vital role in developing accurate data loop and managed the database.
Tasks I performed:
Data Entry/update regularly and updated information is provided to the management as and when required.
Maintain database on daily basis in Excel, MIS, or any other platform.
Sharing detailed and summarized reports on a daily, and weekly basis as per the donor requirement.
Protects organization\\\'s value by keeping information confidential.
Provide technical support to the project staff in quality data management.
I joind TRDP as a Social Mobilizer and performed my all responsibilities accordingly including:
Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood-affected area as per project criteria.
Identification for establish Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) as per project design.
To build capacity of teachers for Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) in a project.
Responsible for coordination/liaison with communities to enroll their children in school, who were already admitted in the school before flood to ensure the continuity of their education.
