•Monitor & Control Product Pack deviations against Standards during In-Process Inspection while facilitating Production, Maintenance, QA Packaging Lab & Tea Supply Chain in correcting them during Shifts.

•Effectively Manage Final, Pre-Dispatch & other Inspections to ensure all Finished Good Lots are inspected according to its defined Protocols of QA Processes SOP
•Ensure at all times, implementation of, QA Processes SOP, including compliance with Inspection Frequency, Time, Sample Sizes, Inspection Methods (WIs), Quality Standards (MICs) & referred Criteria
•Ensure Customer Complaints/Sales Return for Finished Good Quality are timely resolved with effective corrective/preventive action.
•Ensure all Data collected during In-Process, Final, Pre-Dispatch & other Inspections is readily available in SAP & Data Collection Sheets.
•Enhance QA Inspectors Competency by Imparting a Comprehensive Training Program

• Responsible for supervising rework of non-conformities of product and establishing their status.
• Responsible for preparing to arrange inspection and testing where applicable in QA/QC.
• To handle all the matters related to calibration of equipment (Pressure gauges, jigs fixtures etc.)
• To handle customer complaints about their rectification and taking corrective actions.
• Responsible for implementation of QMS and EMS, TPM, 5s in all the activities of QA/QC.

• Monitor the consumption and requirement of production raw materials.
• Placing of working instructions at the specified work stations prior to start production Process.
• Time Study for each product in order to determine individual cycle time.

• Approves in-process & finished production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests communicating required adjustments to the production process.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs. Summarizing re-work and waste, inputting data into quality database.
