Built the team of 60+ IT professionals. Managing the Engineering / Software development team. Managing the product roadmap, task assignment, ensuring the motivation level of the team, Conducting product demos, meeting with customers for pre-sales technical meetings and product demonstration.

As head of Product division, responsible for the development of new software products to enhance the product line for Electronic Queue Management, Electronic Call Forwarding and Customer Feedback Management Systems. Technical evaluation of the new products to be developed including team selection, platforms selection keeping in view the overall architecture of the system and communication with hardware components. Using the SCRUM method to develop the projects with the teams comprising of Software Engineers, QC Lead and Technical Documentation writers.
Major accountabilities include setting up priorities for projects / tasks with stakeholders; project related budget preparation, commitment on timelines for the delivery of projects / tasks.

-        Leading the project development, monitoring milestones, critical path & risks ensuring to meet Project deadlines.
-        Business analyses for new products / changes in existing products keeping in view the “Product Angle” [concerns related to the impact on other products, maintaining a single version, competitors, reusability and long-term potential, value addition in product and cost/benefit analyses].
-        Pre-sales activities related to determine scope of work and technical proposal writing for global projects involving customization and integration with 3rd party applications; elaboration of solution in demos / meetings with the customer.
-        Leading the team for the implementation of large projects globally.
-        Involved with the distributors and operations department globally to identify weak areas / issues / bugs to ensure inclusion of these in the original road map for future revisions / model with the consent of stakeholders.
