- Having good grip on Assets inventory system manually and software i.e Odoo.
- Handling/ Monitoring of admin matters related to Govt Departments (LESCO, WASA, PTCL, LABOR DEPT. HEALTH DEPT. and other Dept upon requirements).
- Genset Management for JLI offices ( On time service, Diesel procurement, R/M.)
- Dealing and handling branches issues related to Administration.
- Renovation & R/M of JLI offices upon requirements.
- Vehicle Management
Major & Minor Repair and Maintenance jobs of CM vehicles.
- Insurance Claims, Registration of new Vehicles, Handing and Taking of existing vehciles, Disposal of Old vehicles , Recovery of vehicles from Ex Employees of JLI .
Vendors Management
Having fleet of good and Authentic vendors in following categories to manage the required jobs on Lowest rates and credit terms
(General Order Supplier, Tea Items, furniture and fixtures Supplier, Vehicle repairing Workshops, Vehicle Tyres company distribution, IT equipment suppliers, Electrical DBs , equipment supplier and services, Sign Board oard ,Fumigation and Rodent control , Insurance Stamps, Printer Repairing, Drinking water supplier, induction of vehicle Recovery agency. Prepare monthly salary according to their attendance of Company Out station branches.
