I am currently working with MS HAIF Company Riyadh Saudi Arabia as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Please see below a brief outline of my career to date. I have Fifteen years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor mainly working on Architectural projects within the Construction industry. My duties including; Estimating, Tendering, Procurement of sub-contractors, & agreeing final accounts while also help out occasionally with the programming of new projects.
Heading projects and looking after the surveying aspect from inception to completion. I have gained vast experience as how to manage and control costs within construction projects while working as a main contractor's quantity surveyor and also working closely with the Site management, and the Design Team. Now working as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator I am getting an insight into dealing with various contractors.

I am working as a Material Engineer in material section of technical department; actually we need different materials which are required to carry-out the project, it is only possible after hiring any specialized sub-contractor or supplier for the materials as specified for the projects, the finishing material like ceramic tiles, cement tiles and curbs stone. To finalize for the above materials we have to select suppliers or specialized to whom we can allot the specified items as per the steps given below:
Submitting the prequalification of sub-contractors or suppliers and materials catalogues and sample for the approval from the consultant or client.
Preparing the bill of quantity by considering the related drawing and specifications, if anything’s short comings or discrepancies then we are sending the quires to the consultant or client for their confirmation.
Floating quotation enquiries to all the nominated sub-contractors or suppliers.
After receiving the quotations as per specifications and after negotiation, preparing commercial and technical analysis and evaluation reports.
Submitting the above reports to the managements for final approval and selection of sub-contractors or suppliers.
Preparing the sub-contract agreement draft or purchase order agreement draft or work order draft and finalization as per the mutual understanding of both parties.
Follow up with sub-contractors or suppliers for their submission of shop drawings, concept design, samples, and design calculation as per requirements
