SENIOR SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICES PROFESSIONAL
-Experienced Customer service and sales professional with 5+ years in call centers and multinational courier delivery services.
-Excellent communication and diagnostic skills, consistently solve problems and rarely escalate issues.
-Proactive self-starter known to initiate process and system improvements to increase system stability and staff productivity.
Primary Objectives, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Communicate the company’s vision, purpose, core values to the grass root level employees.
-Handle employee concerns and provide conflict resolution. To address all employees’ grievances.
-Handle 90+ calls daily, with duties including signing up new customers, retrieving customer data, presenting relevant product information, and canceling services.
-Escalating and identify any critical issues with customers.
-Answering incoming calls from clients, processing emails and logging calls.
-Following procedures/checklists and updating support documentation.
