Having overall more than 15 years of branch banking and operations experince where i have worked in Pakistan Largest commercial banks like Habib Bank Limited (HBL) & United Bank Limited (UBL) in different segments including branch operations, policy procedure, service quality, learning & development and a breif exposure of Branchless banking as well.

Based in Head Office Business Banking department and responsible for providing operational support to field branches , Highlighting procedural gaps in the operations and providing solution, SOP making, manuals upgrading, work closely with other depts to create digitalization processes.

Joined UBL as CSOM in Islamabad region. Job responsibilities include overal branch operational and administration control managment. Monitoring of all financial and non finacial transactions aamd matters. Make sure Implementation of bank policies and procedures in true letter and spirit to attain desired results and profitability.

Worked as BOM in Islamabad Branch with additional charge of nearby branches. Responsible for overall branch operations and admisnisteative work as per the guidelines of SBP and bank.
