I have started my job at EKL as an Accountant then i been moved to planning
department as a cost controller
1:Making Budget of sites
2:Compare cost with actual and planned
3:Maintain the Weekly Report (Progress of sites)
4:Attend the weekly meeting with higher management
5: Cost control & analyses
Management has decided to move Project Department to control cost of air
tickets issued for company’s employees on rotation basis

Preparing Monthly Cost Analysis report regarding travelling visa and protection

Monitoring the documentations of all incoming / outgoing materials.

Look after Hotel reservation matters.
Look after office Maintinance,
Involved in mobilization, demobilization & protection activities, ticketing and follow up
with Sudan project management.
Meeting with higher management of Travel agents to reconciling ledger of both parties
and resolving issues under pressure
Knowledge about all international air travelling and prepare all document of employees
they are willing to work in overseas project in Sudan and Africa
Understanding of the Accounting Software (Oracle Based) Engineering Kinetics (pvt.)
