• Capacity Building of lady health worker and community health workers
• To develop strong coordination b/w H/W and Community for sustainable change.
• Developed linkages, Referrals and Transportation from Home to MNCH Centre.

• Responsible for mobilizing the communities to play an effective role in promoting the Practices related to MCH.
• Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, Monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
• Prepare monthly /quarterly work plan for assigned activities.
• Ensure the implementation of work plan activities under project in target district.
• Provide support to LHW program in organizing trainings on Support Group methodology.
• Support LHW program in monitoring of Support group meetings in LHW’s covered areas.
• Monitoring female Support group meetings in uncovered areas.
• Participate in LHW program monthly meetings at district level.
• Organize Advocacy events on MCH at district level.
• Ensure the quality of Partnership Defined Quality (PDQ) implementation and formulation of Quality Improvement Teams (QITs).
• Monitor the implementation on action plan prepared by QIT and participate in monthly meetings of QIT.
• Prepare and share regular progress reports of all the activities.

Work under the directions of the Voucher Coordination and Distribution Officer and senior staff to implement the food voucher and distribution activities.
Assist Voucher Coordination and Distribution Officer to develop work plan for the program.
Work closely with local partner staff at the field level to identify beneficiaries for food voucher distribution.
Under the supervision of Voucher Distribution Assistant, conduct field visits to verify beneficiary lists.
Support carrying out vendor assessments.
With local partner staff, set up safe location for food voucher distribution.
Assist voucher and distributions.
Under close supervision of Distribution Officer, carry out community sensitization activities on voucher program.
Attend to beneficiaries concerns and complaints and report to supervisor to take necessary measures address
Arrange all materials necessary for field activities.

• To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• To analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
• Ensure that implementation of field activities monitoring and evaluation system
• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys
• Participate actively in programme planning process and budgeting of the programme quality and fundraising unit
