Administration and support on technical issues for TAYEF\'s managed service customers on IT Infrastructure, Servers, Systems, Network, Security, Virtualization and Cloud Platforms.

Administer operation and maintenance of managed services client\'s data center.

Accountable for the implementation and operation management of server, storage, network, backup, antivirus and security.

Monitoring hardware, software and email services (on-premise data center and cloud) to ensure those are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability.

Lead, provide direction to managed services team, constantly monitor and report on progress of the infrastructure and security activity to all stakeholder.

Leveraging best practices that will sustain the client’s environment for the long term.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various clients.

Providing pre-sales technical consultancy to clients\' IT teams in order to design, acquire and implement most cost-effective solutions and systems.

Providing post-sales support for systems and services comprising of Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, IIS and SQL.

Providing post-sales support for network infrastructure comprising of routers, switches, firewalls and wireless controllers from Cisco, Fortinet, Alcatel Lucent, HP, SonicWall and other vendors.

Performing administration and providing technical support for network and systems\' security components like IPS/IDS, WAF, antivirus and antimalware from ESET, McAfee, Symantec, Fortinet etc.

Administration of clients\' cloud infrastructure on Azure for Office 365 services and Intune.

Administration of virtualization platforms; VMWare and Hyper-V.

Administer operation and maintenance of ORIENT\'s data center.

Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.

Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.

Perform troubleshooting on data center components, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.

Responsible for the day to day operation for all IT services that are successfully transitioned into operation and continuously improving users\' satisfaction.

Periodically review existing security procedures, and identify areas that require change to ensure those are kept updated for maintaining continued security of IT infrastructure and services.

Managing a large country wide network comprising of Cisco routers, switches, ASA firewalls and Cisco WLAN controllers.

Administration of Windows and Linux servers (Samba, Squid Proxy, SAP, Email, DNS, Domain, AV, VPN) .

Providing level 3 technical support IT teams for escalated issues.

Planning, Deploying and Managing wired and wireless networks.

Vendors and service providers coordination and management.

Defining and implementing IT policies & procedures in accordance to Information Security Management Standards.

Mentor juniors and mid-level solution engineers.

Act as a single point escalation contact and work as with team members to resolve issues.

Participate in extended-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and-or on-call availability as needed.

Installing, configuring and managing computer networks and systems.

Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs.
