• Successfully Launch Olnaaj Whole Wheat, Olnaaj Awami Chakki Atta, Olnaaj Salt under the umbrella of Olnaaj.
• Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets & distribution operation and contributing growth over last year in Volume & Value respectively to develop sales strategy, annual and quarterly sales plans, Increase in market share through Key performance indicators. Managing the P&L of distributor.
• Watch over for the following Regions (Central & North) and handle the volume of 400 Tons/Month.
• Collaborate with management to determine sales and marketing strategies for maximum market penetration.
• Timely execution of planned sales & distribution at trade level while efficiently managing the distribution infrastructure.
• Lead the execution of company\'s marketing plans of brand activation through product placement and outlet productivity.
