o Responsible for Inventory control, and perpetual Inventory analysis, accuracy & record
o Ensuring implementation of quality and optimization in warehouse and trade
o Responsible to manage total functions of branch management i.e. admin, finance & trade
matters
o Responsible for budget forecasting, finance & asset management of the branch
o Logistics & transport management for trade supplies and shipments to General Trade and Company Distributors sales departments.
o Control and maintain targeted days of cover, and to eliminate out of stock situations
o Cross functional support ensuring IC(s) and SOP(s) implementations
o Superior CS through efficient processing of customer orders, timely deliveries.

o Inter depot requirements and food orders arrange and fulfill on daily basis within scheduled men power.
o Updating all SQA forms and documents and keeping records up to date.
o Assigned job to labor, material handler, Warehouse man and stock controllers and monitoring to complete with in period.
o Monitoring sales van loading and arrange to finish before cut-off Timing.
o Good store planning and storing product without reefer Delay and housekeeping checking.
o Arrange training and counter checking during reconciliation for minimize Crates/Basket variance and send with availability reefer to CPP on daily basis.
o Correct product handling and Cold Chain Management with good practices.
o Complete relevant documentation and reports.
o Maintain high standards of cleanliness in store area.
o Train and develop staff.
o Liaise with relevant with external agencies and internal management to ensure effective and timely utilization/distribution of stock.
