Job Role
1- Over two years and 06 months experience as an HCM Functional Consultant, my prime responsibility is to monitor payroll data of over 50000 employees.
2- Master data maintenance, trouble shooting from initial to advance level.
3- To execute payroll reports, wage type reporter, payroll journal and bank credit advises and trace out negative values in payroll.
4- Maintain control record for the payroll area.
5- Execute G/L posting and trace out if errors shown in the document.
6- Well versed in various T-codes PA30, PA20, PA10, PA40, SM30, SM35, SM37.SPO1, SP02,
PA03, PE01, PE02, PE03, SE38, SLG1, PM01, OH11 e.t.c
7- To rectify runtime errors in match code- W if related with master data maintenance.
8- My prime responsibility is executing annual increment program for 50000 employees.
9- Maintenance of various tables in SM30 which impact basic pay, loan and advances, taxes, indirect valuated wage types and General Provident fund.
10- To run mass upload programmes for info type 00014, 0015, 0002, 0006, 0009 etc.
