Review progress versus objectives at daily bases and take corrective action as appropriate. (targets vs achievements)
Implementation of GTM System (Go to Market).
Designing sales routes, route beats as per market potential to get maximum call completion, strike rate & drop size etc. 
Have Worked on secondary sales system
Alhamdulillah have achieved first position continually two years across the Franchise.
Create, maintain and monitor market visits to find out potential markets for our product range. Identify opportunity areas.
Effectively analyze performance of sales team against given objectives set by the organization.
