Prepare and post job advertisements/ Vacancy announcements, screen applications, arrange interviews, carry out selection process, vacancy assessment, conduct reference checks and administer and check pre-employment tests as required
Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs
Responsible for all departmental documentation e.g. Letter of Appointment, Probation Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer, Experience Certificate, Contract Renewal, issue verbal/Written Warning, Exit Interviews, Termination Letters, Employee clearance and Final settlement etc

Respond to and put through various queries from managers and employees and from other agencies or departments
