• Monitoring and managing the the Key account of Home textile division.(bedding and table cover product line of B2B customer in Europe) and responsible for basic performance of team.
• Trouble shooting and responsible for all orders management from fabric placement to final shipment.
• Development of enriched customer service Experience-Responsible for smooth communication with customer, ensuring timely replies to customer queries.
• Managing the supply chain and executing orders in order to deliver the shipment within the lead-time.
• Conducting trend analysis to monitor sales on quarterly basis and working with customer to formulate Sales Forecast and replenishment levels.
• Presentations & Analsysis for Exchange rate and Raw Material Fluctuations & Forecastings - impacting the product cost and price.
• Preparing cost sheets from greige fabric to made-up packing of existing product and new developments.
• Working on new product line of Filled Articles-Execution,costing and Pricing of filled Article business.
• Monitoring and evaluating the complete inventory worth 4 billion euros per month.
• Managing team performance by evaluating the Balance Score Card per month and advising the practices to improve the overall performance and productivity.
• Generating and analyzing Systems, Reports and data in order to facilitate business development.
