Industrial Relations:
· Ensure industrial peace and harmony in the organization based on mutually rewarding relationship with all stakeholders.
· Provide legal opinions & suggestions to management team and Board of Directors on Labor issues and interpretation of applicable Laws and formulate IR strategies according to the business need.
· Ensure the compliance of all applicable labor laws, handle factory inspections and period audits.
· Negotiate Charter of Demands & Settlement of Disputes with Worker Management council.
· Manage Workers Welfare Initiatives & Benefits: e.g. Fair Price Shop, Employee’s Old-age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Provincial Employee’s Social Security Institution (PESSI), Worker’s Profit Participation Fund, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Overtime, Compulsory Group Life Insurance, Benefits from Workers Welfare Department like Marriage Grant, Death Grant, Scholarships, Free Education, etc.
· Coordination & dealing with: EOBI, PESSI, Workers Welfare Fund, Apprenticeship & Labor Directorate, Registrar of Trade Unions, Labor Inspector, etc.
· Take care of disciplinary matters (Show Cause Notice, Suspension Order, Domestic Inquiry, Dismissal, etc.) and Grievance issues in accordance to relevant Labor Laws and Social norms.
· Manage Service Contracts i.e. Labour, Security, Canteen, Transportation, Janitorial, Horticulture, Consultants, etc. and its allied working.
· Conducted “Labour Laws & Worker’s Right Awareness Session” for Line Manager, to provide them better knowledge of Worker Rights and Laws, and train them to manage disputes on floor.

· To liaison and monitor legal matters undertaken by external counsel at Civil & Criminal Courts, Labour Courts, Compensation Commissioners, National Industrial Relations Commission, Labour Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court.
· Gather evidence and documents to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions.
· To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during the routine business operations.
· Represent company in legal hearings relating to commercial and regulatory issues.
Corporate Affairs & Compliance:
· Coordination & dealing with the Government Agencies for Licensing, NOCs and other allied issues as per Business need: (i.e. Police Station, Excise & Taxation, Punjab Highways, NHA, LESCO, PTCL, SNGPL, Cantonment Board, CDA, EPA, District Govt., etc.)
· To handle all property matters: rental, sale & purchases, and other allied matters.
· Preparing and reviewing Services/Supply Contracts, Deeds, Agreements, Memorandum of Understating, etc.
· To implement customer’s code of conduct;
Health and Safety:
· Assisting OHSAS 45001 work with Compliance Manager.
· Responsible for Annual HSE Risk Assessment including all areas.
· Monitor internal HSE Audit and Continuous Monitoring.
· Monitor Loss time injury data and injuries investigation.
· Training regarding HSE to workers and Management
· Conduct HSE Steering Committee meeting
· Collaborate with third party regarding Environmental Monitoring and Industrial hygiene survey
SEA Audit:
· Prepare action plans to remove Non-Compliances found in the above mentioned audits and ensure adequate implementation of all action plans.
· Conduct internal audit of HR and HSE department of the company and submit the report to competitive authority for his information and comments, if any.
· Attend ADIDAS SEA meetings for company representation.
· Prepare policies, procedures and strategic compliance/KPI Improvement plans related to
· ADIDAS compliance program.
· Arrange and provide awareness trainings to the workers regarding HR and HSE matters.
