I am a Human Resource Practitioner working currently in a private financial services firm Azee Securities. I am responsible to manage Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Communication/ Correspondence, Compliance with regulators i.e SECP, PSX, CDC, NCCPL, and other key processes of the company.
Prior to that I have served constituent unit of Bahria University, National Centre for Maritime Policy Research in the capacity of Staff Officer-Publication. I have been engaged in variety of activities there, such as Public Relation during their National/ International events. I was the editor of Bahria University's newsletter "BUgle" and the sub-editor of Digest"Maritime News Digest".
From 2011 till 2014, I have worked in Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry in their Corporate Social Responsibility Department as Assistant Manager. There I was responsible for the management of overall departmental activities.
