Detailed Duties
· Taking care of end-to-end recruiting (mainly technical i.e. DAE & Engineering).
· Coordinate with all branch offices for the HR related activities.
· Maintain and update HR records in soft & hard form in accordance with compliance laws and policies provided by
organization.
· Act as a liaison in payroll, attendance & leave management.
· Handling employee grievances in order to maintain a healthy work environment.
· Working closely with stakeholders for internal announcements.
· Prepare HR retention & turnover reports to identify the causes and make development plans to achieve goals.
· Preparing formal letters like confirmation letters, appointment letters, experience letter, promotion letters and increment letters
etc. insight the incumbents about new benefits and company policies.
· Plan employee engagement activities to motivate & improve the productivity.
Role Summary
· Looked after the Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, Onboarding, Employer Branding and Performance
Management activities throughout the organization for Karachi, Pakistan, Dubai, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain
(Man Power/Technical staff) and corporate & dealership office (Management/Non -Technical staff).
Detailed Duties
· Conduct end to end recruitment process & serve as a POC for candidates as well as stakeholders and
ensure both speed and quality of hires.
· Meetings with managers/stakeholders to discuss needs and develop and execute an effective recruitment
plan.
· Design and plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person
interviews.
· Explore and implement different tools and channels to enhance assessment processes such as recruitment
and sales achievement form etc.
· Compensate and negotiate with candidates with consistency and integrity.
· Support in onboarding new employees and arrange Orientation Sessions.
· Continually research ways to improve onboarding process and update the current process accordingly.
· Process documentations and paperwork for new employees.
· Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
· Prepare weekly/Monthly Reports/Dashboards on Talent Acquisition metrics and share it with
management.
· Prepare Hiring Budget with the coordination of HR Head.

· Liable of achieving the monthly target pre-decided by the management on closing the positions timely
with the best fit as per the requirement.
Recruitment & Selection (End-to-End Recruitment Cycle)
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled.
· Identify and work on the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical and non-technical candidates.
· Draft attractive recruitment advertisements: post ads in the most effective digital medium for open position after approval.
· Narrow down the potential candidate profiles that matches the required position via interviews and other forms of communication.
· Maintain contact with the candidates to keep them apprised about the position
· Maintain the MIS of recruitment status simultaneously
· Prepare & present HR metrices and share with the immediate manager
· Timely update the hiring managers of successfully filled positions and onboard the successful candidates
· Ensure effective & efficient processing/completion of all HR activities (appointment, confirmations, transfer & promotions etc.)
· Ensure completion of previous employer verification and professional reference checks.
· Identify vacant positions from requisition and concerned department organogram

Performance Management & Employee Relations
· Handling employee grievances and response them promptly
· Conduct turnover analysis based on Exit surveys

· Ensure effective and timely completion of annual performance appraisal process through evaluating performance ratings, increments, market adjustments & promotion cases
HR Services
· Ensure timely execution of monthly payroll and benefits.
· Consolidate and maintain employee record
· Update the leave records & attendance sheets simultaneously

As an HR Shared Services
· To ensure the implementation of HR policies such as mobile phones, travelling & accommodation.
· Assist in drafting the safety measures during COVID-19 for the staff members & monitor closely the enactment of hygiene standards. It was communicated to all stakeholders within the company including the SOPs being met.
· Being a Social Hub Committee member, assist in organizing the company related events
· Assist in the performance evaluation, on-boarding & separation of third-party contractual staff members & respond their queries (if any)
· Assist in prepare staff attendance sheet & update it simultaneously
· Issuance of active RFID card to all incumbent
· Facilitate in staff clearance process
Admin related responsibilities
· Hubco – Admin & Sec., HPSL, NEL & HPHL budget forecasting/preparation, formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between Projected and Actual results and implementing corrective actions.
· Maintaining MIS of all the admin related invoices being processed, follow up for the invoices and payment follow up from the finance.
· Responsible for ordering stationery, office supplies and Maintain MIS to ensure track of stock level.
· Making dashboard, presentations, and other analysis reports on demand i.e., Air Travel/Rent A Car/Electricity consumption etc.
· Being a member of Café Hub Committee, Responsible to monitor the quality & quantity of staff lunch and everybody was offered perfect meal every day, finalized the monthly menu as per the staff feedback & prepare analysis report quarterly.
Expert in carrying out the process of payment through Oracle Payables (R12)
· Responsible for Administration/ Operations Vendor Management, processing invoices for payment,
maintaining record of the same and selection & scrutiny of the vendors.
· Responsible for monthly order placement of stationary and other office supplies and monitoring and
issuance of the stock.
· Coordinating with the direct manager for implementation of various Administration policies
Responsible for on-boarding procedures for employee till separation of employee.
· Responsible for the verification of documents of the newly hired employees.
· Prepare on-boarding vs turnover analysis report quarterly
· Serving as a liaison with hiring manager to determine the staffing needs & posting jobs internally &
externally
· Making the formal letters like confirmation letters, NOC letters, appointment letters etc.
· Responsible for processing access cards for all staff members.
· Responsible for making the health insurance cards for all staff members & update it simultaneously
Assist in HR related issues like leaves updating & resolve staff grievances (if any)
