I worked as leader of a proactive team of support staff responsible for delivering a high quality, client-focused professional service. Providing the very highest level of technical support to internal staff and for various projects.
Responsibilities:
·         MS Windows Server 2016, 2012 R2&2008 R2 Installation, Configuration & Management. Active Directory, GPO, User Rights Management, Windows Load Balancing.
·         Configuration for Cyberoam CR15iNG, CR25iNG, CR50iNG and WatchGuard XTM-515 firewalls for securing the network from external threats.
·         Managing Voice communications via CISCO and AVAYA IP Telephony System for AJEC head office and site offices.
·         Configuration, troubleshooting of CITRIX XenApp.
NETWORK DESIGN
·         AJEC Al Khobar new office for 200 Data and Telephone nodes. Supervised Hardware Installation and configured the network.
·         AJEC Head Office Riyadh new office for 350 Data and Telephone nodes. Supervised Hardware Installation and configured the network.
·         EDMS software maintenance and troubleshooting.
·         Alt-N Mailer Daemon (MDaemon) 9.0 Installation, Configuration and Management including User Administration, Backup for Emails and Quota allocation.
·         IP Cams and CCTV System – Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of IP Cameras and CCTV System including Indoor and Outdoor Cameras.
·         Antivirus Server – ESET, NORTON/Symantec, KASPERSKY – Installation, Configuration, Push Installation to client systems, implementing policies and troubleshooting.
·         Responsible for Data backups using UNITRENDS RM-713. Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
·         Maintain an inventory of all the IT assets throughout AJEC.
·         Making I.T. Policy and procedures conforming to all requirements of ISO 9001:2015 which is applicable to the company as well as any other task assign by Management.
·         Webhosting and domain management for AJEC website.

·         Configuration and maintenance of network based Access Control Systems for Security and Attendance purpose.
·         VPN Connectivity between branches & remote locations.
·         Providing support to all AJEC branches throughout the Kingdom and in Pakistan branch.
·         Troubleshooting and monitoring of Panasonic KX-TDA100 PBX.
·         License Management of Engineering software ETAP, EDSA, SAG10, PLS-CAD, PS CAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Elite, DIALux,BlueBeam, Micro station and AutoCAD.
