Internal Audit:

Review P.O, payments vouchers, dispatch advices & Salaries etc. for its compliance with the
regulatory requirements, company’s policy and SOP.
Review and reconciliation of Supplier Accounts and monitoring of Accounts Payable.
Checking of all credit notes (discount claim) of distributors and institutions.
Prepare batch reconciliation according to Raw and packing materials ,labor hours
Review of Leasing Finance & contacts agreements.
Production Audit (Batch wise Material yield calculation & Minimize Material wastage.
Audit of Field force Incentives & Marketing Expenses.
Pre-checking of all purchases and duly attached & authorized including IRC and GRN.
Prepare a report for medicines expiry within 6 months, in a year and within 1.5 years.
Review & verify daily Raw Material requisition slips for all production departments.
Monthly physical stock taking in General store and production departments & verifying date with
system software for any query
Performing GMP (Goods manufacturing Practices) Audit & Compliance for Stocks.

Costing:


Prepare standard cost sheet of all product.

Landed cost working for material import.
Pricing of product for each special order or tender.
