My Core responsibility is to make sure zero down for Cloud Based Services and Linux Based Servers.

Responsibilities:

Managing daily network operation of Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) department.
Coordinating and troubleshooting issues of Corporate Customers media convertor clients.
Responsible for reporting and managing Static IP details and Internet usage logs to the PTA.
Test and approve the Inventory, CPE as a sample product before purchasing from vendor.
Monitoring and Configuration of Cisco Switches 3550, 3650, 3750 Linux Based Server.
Responsible for providing NMS services to the concern Dept. and higher authorities.
Responsible for developing and maintaining IT security strategies and policies.
Monitoring HFC Network to analyze legitimate and anomalous network traffic.
Designing and Implementation of CMTS, IP based Network, Network Extension,-
Link commissioning, IP polices, Sub netting, VLans and System securities.
Responsible for Availability of services and Bandwidth with zero down time.
Regular backup of all critical data and checking of all logs for any malicious-
Activity, Vulnerability scans forensic analysis of network systems.
Lead RF NMS Team to ensure effective operation, corrective-
preventive maintenance for SNR issues.
