Responsible for day‐to‐day warehouse operations for warehouses.
Supervising the arrangement of stock as per the company\'s specific requirements using FIFO method & confirm with Accounts dept.
Supervising periodic checks of stock to ensure accuracy.
Reporting near expiry products to Sales Dept. frequently to reduce expiries.
Generating Stock Reports through SAP weekly, monthly or when required.
Stock forecast and order placement with the approval of Sales Director.
Supervising  the daily delivery &  transportation schedule  for branches, internal and external deliveries (Multan Region, Pakistan).
Followup with accounts department for the new invoices and ensure printing them the same day.
Supervising & rechecking the delivery products are properly labeled / priced/packed as per the invoices and not having any damages (Products picked by FIFO method)
Inspecting  and  supervising  the  delivery  vehicles  attached  to warehouse  and  suggest  further  action  if required to Finance Manager.
Monitoring the PP & NZ Warehouse A/Cs and arranging repair with AMC supplier.
Taking care of all warehouse properties including Forklift, Generator, etc.
Supervising staff accommodation for warehouse staff and doing the necessary arrangements whenever/ wherever required.
Imparting training to Warehouse staff and making them aware of their duti and responsibilities.
Working closely with other disciplines to coordinate work and to promote overall efficiency.
Clearing Cargo and Ocean shipments

To manage & supervise warehouse/store activities including issuance / receipt and Storing of all types Materials and Equipment.
Responsible for ensuring that all items are properly labeled/tagged to easily locate & Identified. 
Responsible for material receiving & Quality control, measuring, testing tools & devices.
Preparing Slow moving report for those Items who are near to expiry . 
Responsible for ensuring safe material handling, loading/un-loading. 
Responsible in ensuring that received materials are complying with the specifications & Standards.
Preparation of weekly & monthly reports / logs & update records. 
Allocation of vehicle to transporter on unbiased manners, and indenting trucks on the basis of their performance. 
Receive / dispatch of consignment by various modes of logistics. 
Filling logging & sorting of documents. 
Maintaining stock record manually & computerized.
Preparation and conducting of Monthly/annual audits. 
Correspondence of office work and routine queries and responses.
Initiate action of stock control levels. 
HSE awareness in order to Performing duties in safe & efficient manners..

Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times
Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents. 
Raise purchase request well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies. 
Review physical inventories periodically or when required.
Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders.
Preparing Delivery Notes of all out going items and supervising safe loading and offloading of shipments.
Hands on experience in ERP system, ability to input, retrieves and analyzes data.
Keeping stock control systems up to date, preparing stock reports weekly, monthly or when required.
Integrate with Purchasing, Engineering, Projects and Sales.
Allocate items immediately after order booking and raising purchase requests if required.
Maintain facilities in full operative condition-5S. (Cleanness, order, fault free equipment etc.)
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.
