§  To compare the effect of dexamethasone to placebo on stillbirth and neonatal survival when given to pregnant women at risk of imminent preterm birth in hospitals in low resource countries.

 Test the hypothesis that addition of safe drinking water reduces treatment /recovery time and improves the cost effectiveness of SAM treatment.
 Evaluate and compare the effectiveness and acceptability of three Point of Use (POU) water treatment technologies in the context of a Community Managed Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) program.
