SKC PRIVATE LIMITED DELAS WITH THE MANUFACTURING OF PET SHEETS WITH THE CRUSHED RAW MATERIAL OF PET THROUGH EXTRUSION PROCESS.
My Responsibilities and duties at this job:
• To check the quality of the raw material and inspect factors like moisture thickness appearance etc
• Inspect the preheating of raw material to remove the moisture content.
• Maintain minimum flow of paint or color to achieve desired product color.
• Circulation of water in barrels to control the temperatures of the heaters
• Maintain the temperature of extrusion line to achieve melt temperature.
• To control rollers& metering pump speed to achieve the specific micron size.
• Check quality of winding and cones & putting them in grades as per quality.
• Collect samples after each winding to compare color of the product.
• Periodic Maintenance of vacuum filter for remove moisture and to protect sheet breakage.
• Coordination with administration to manage minimum number of people to handle shift accordingly.
• Maintain minimum water level of cooling towers for heat exchanging purposes.

I was working As a shift Engineer in AHN COLLOIDS CHEMICALS since january 2020.The company is situated near Kharianwala stop on sheikhupura faisalabad Road.The main product of this company is formaldehyde 37% aqeous solution. The other products include molding and di octyl phathalate.
Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks to shift members according to do the safety measures & sops.
• Compare data results with previous shifts to ensure production yield.
• Maintain minimum water level in induced draft cooling tower.
• Control process parameters like temperature of evaporator, reactor, and adsorption tower.
• Maintain RO plant factors like pH and hardness of water (in ppm) up to acceptable values.
• Manage indoor and outdoor supply of formaldehyde to other units.
• Collect samples after definite period to ensure QA/QC.
• Report results to the upper management daily.
• Follow SOPs related to workplace safety and compliance management.

•          Reporting all unsafe acts accidents and near misses.
