· Contract management for all facilities vendors including third party manpower and services contracts and collaboration with business for daily operations / administrative matters.
· Timely maintenance of the Factory Building and other premises in collaboration with engineering function.
· Responsible for access, control and guard patrolling system 24x7.
· Managing physical, information & assets security and develop Security Risk Assessment & Site Security Plan.
· Managing all security related activities (physical and digital) on site and commercial office including executive security protocols (as and when required).
· Maintaining positive relations with government institutions and officials.

Key Responsibilities: •
· Formulation of Policies: Admin related SOP,s Jd,s and Policies formulation, Training, Implementation and Monitoring for Smooth running of Admin Department activities.
· Facility Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company\'s facilities, including Maintenance of buildings, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other related areas
· Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This may include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining records and files.
· Security and Safety: Monitoring / ensure regular visits of safety / Security team to check un-safe acts, safety protocols, Security Threat & action taken on spot to prevent accidents. Ensure 100% functioning & maintenance (as per schedule) of all Safety & Security equipment at location.
· Industrial Relation
Maintain Relationships with Local, & provincial Law Enforcement Agencies and Labor Department, EOBI, SESSI,SITE Industrial Relations and Coordinating employee relations activities. Assisting to other departments with implementation of policies and procedures.
· Canteen Management: To ensure the effective operation of the Canteen and Manage the stock levels of the Canteen and timely ordering of stock. Preparation and cooking of food and general cleaning and maintaining of a hygienic kitchen.
· Fleet management; to oversee a fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations that reduce operating costs.
· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
·Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the departmental budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost optimization. This includes implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Crisis and Emergency Management: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential crises or emergencies, such as natural disasters or security threats. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and conduct drills or training sessions to ensure preparedness.
